  • Therapy costs can feel tricky, but I’m here to simplify it. My fee for a 60-minute online therapy session is $175 in CA & AR, which covers EMDR, DBT, and more.

    • In-Network (Arkansas): I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ambetter, and QualChoice. If you have one of these plans, your therapy sessions may be covered, subject to your specific policy terms. Contact me to verify coverage.

    • Out-of-Network (CA & AR): Get a superbill to seek insurance reimbursement.

    • Payment or copay is due at session time.

  • I am an in-network provider for the following insurance plans in Arkansas:

    • Blue Cross Blue Shield

    • Ambetter

    • QualChoice

  • Yes! Sessions run on Simple Practice—a HIPAA-compliant, secure video platform built for therapy.

  • Find a quiet, private spot. Test your camera, mic, and internet. Charge your device. Complete paperwork via Simple Practice ahead of time.

  • Please give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows incur the full $175 fee.
